Terms & Conditions

1. Account & Shopify Platform

• Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a comforter order) to avoid delivery delays—bed 品 shipments require precise coordinates.
• Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended pillow set purchases).

2. Orders & Payment

• Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., king-size cotton sheets, memory foam pillows) and check item condition (e.g., blanket fabric, comforter stitching) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
• Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes UK/EU taxes/delivery surcharges for remote regions). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
• Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 5% fee (covers bed 品 packaging and order processing costs).

3. Products & Shipping

• Specifications: Product details (size, material, features—e.g., sheet thread count, comforter fill weight) follow sleepll.com’s Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., blanket dye shade, pillow cover tone) are normal due to production batches.
• Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our East Grinstead hub (FLAT B, 149 WEST STREET, EAST GRINSTEAD, RH19 4EN) is not for delivery. A £8/€10 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unopened, original packaging/tags intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., torn sheet seams, lumpy pillow fill, faulty comforter stitching).
• Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed sheet size needs), you pay return shipping + 4% restocking fee (covers bed 品 inspection, repackaging—processed via Shopify Refunds).
• Ineligible Items: Used products (wrinkled sheets, stained blankets), washed comforters/pillows, or customized styles (e.g., monogrammed pillowcases)—refused.

5. Liability & Updates

• Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., loose blanket threads, uneven pillow fill) but not for damage from improper use (e.g., sheet shrinkage from wrong washing) or normal wear (e.g., blanket fabric softening over time). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
• Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on sleepll.com take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms.
