Shipping Policy
This policy applies to shipping for our bed sheets, comforters, blankets, and pillows (sold via our Shopify store). For support, use the contact details below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to the UK and EU (including Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain). Remote regions may have slight delivery delays—check checkout for updates.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our East Grinstead facility (FLAT B, 149 WEST STREET, EAST GRINSTEAD, RH19 4EN).
 - Timeline: 2-3 business days (UK standard); 4-7 business days (EU). All items are folded and packed to avoid creases.
 - Protective Packaging: Breathable, moisture-proof bags for sheets/blankets; padded boxes for pillows/comforters (preserves fluffiness and prevents damage).
 
3. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on UK orders over £50 and EU orders over €70 (applies to all sleep essentials).
 - UK orders under £50: £3.99; EU orders under €70: €8.99. No extra fees for multiple items (e.g., sheets + pillow set).
 
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or sleepll.com’s “My Orders” page. For delayed or damaged items (e.g., torn sheets, flattened pillows), email sloughs-legato-4d@icloud.com with photos (include order number).
5. Key Notes
- Address Accuracy: Double-check details. Wrong addresses cause delays—£10/€12 re-shipping fee applies.
 - Customs: EU orders may incur import duties (paid by the recipient; we don’t cover these fees).
