A: Exchange for a different size within 30 days—unused, original packaging/tags intact. We cover shipping for exchanges; just email your order number.
Q: Can I return a comforter if it’s too warm?
A: Yes—within 30 days, as long as it’s unwashed and in original packaging. You pay return shipping, and we’ll refund minus a 4% restocking fee.
